Hello, I am

Elijah Kindred

Wholeness Coach, Musician, Facilitator

journey

There’s something powerful that happens when we slow down, listen to the body, and honour what’s really there.

My name’s Elijah, and I’m here to support people through real transformation – body, mind, and soul.

I’ve spent the last decade walking alongside others in their healing journeys while deepening my own. My background spans mental health, youth work, bodywork, men’s work, coaching, and community facilitation. I’ve worked in frontline support roles, group homes, schools, outdoor programs, and healing spaces—learning how change really happens: through presence, safety, and listening to what’s underneath.

I’m the youngest of seven kids, raised in a big, loving, and chaotic family where I learned early how to navigate complex dynamics and hold space for emotion. Becoming a father myself cracked me open in new ways. It brought depth, grounding, and responsibility to all that I do—and gave me even more reverence for the nervous system, relationships, and the power of showing up fully.

I’ve trained in Process Work and Inside-Out Coaching (Primal Intelligence), and I draw from frameworks like Jungian and integral psychology, TCM 5 Element theory, and men’s work traditions. Over time, these threads have woven together into my own framework—the Wholeness Map—a practical model for integrated development that helps people understand where they’re out of balance, where they’re avoiding growth, and how to move forward as a whole person rather than fixing one piece at a time.

This work is personal. I’ve walked through grief, burnout, trauma, identity loss, spiritual emergence, and the humbling experience of real healing. I know how hard it can be to face yourself honestly and to keep showing up for life. And I know how beautiful it is to find your strength again—not through force, but through connection, clarity, and embodiment.

I currently live in Bellingen with my partner, our son, and our dog. I offer 1:1 coaching online, and facilitate small group spaces that bring people back into connection with their body, truth, and soul purpose.

This work is about remembering who we really are. I’m here to help you come home to yourself—and move from there.
