For leaders and healthcare professionals who feel stretched thin and pulled in too many directions
A grounded coaching process to help you find your bearings, integrate every dimension of your life, and lead from wholeness again.
I came to this work the same way most people come to coaching — through necessity. In my earlier years I navigated real overwhelm, self doubt, depression, disorganisation, and financial stress. I didn’t have a clear map for life and I felt it.
What pulled me through was a deep personal interest in understanding how humans actually work — psychologically, physically, spiritually, relationally. I became a student of that question long before I became a practitioner. Over time, through that study and lived experience, things shifted. I found my footing. I became more confident, more grounded, more clear. I built a life I’m genuinely proud of.
My background spans mental health, youth work, bodywork, fitness, and many years in men’s work — sitting in circles, facilitating rites of passage, and supporting men through the kind of transitions that don’t come with a manual.
Out of all of that came the Wholeness Guide — a framework grounded in the wisdom traditions of the world, made practical for real life. I work with people who are ready to find their bearings, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with more clarity and purpose.
I also work in cultural repair through Earth Keeper — supporting boys in rites of passage, creating sound scapes, facilitating conversations on cultural repair.
I live in Bellingen with my partner Rachel and my 11 year old son.
I acknowledge and pay my deep respects to the First Nations Peoples, Elders past and present, and the Country upon which I live and work. It is on this ancient land, home to many Nations, that we gather to learn, heal, and grow.
